MachinaScout collects information you submit through request, application, and contact forms, including contact details, company or household information, location, requested robot category, intended use, quantity, term, and message. The hosting service may also create server logs needed to operate and secure the website.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to you, review a request or manufacturer application, identify relevant independent manufacturers or authorized dealers, make an introduction, maintain records, and protect the service from misuse.

Opportunity routing

MachinaScout may send a private request summary to one qualified manufacturer at a time. The initial invitation includes the use case and relevant commercial details but does not include the buyer’s name, email, or phone. Contact information is shared only after a manufacturer accepts and MachinaScout approves the introduction.

Who receives information

MachinaScout may share request details with the manufacturer or dealer relevant to your request. Information is also processed by the website hosting and transactional email providers needed to operate the service. MachinaScout does not sell personal information and does not use advertising cookies.

Retention and deletion

Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage referrals, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request access, correction, or deletion by using the contact form on this website.

Your choices

You may choose not to provide optional fields. Required contact and request details are necessary for MachinaScout to review and answer a submission.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the service or its providers change. The effective date will identify the current version.
